User Agreement

1. Introduction
Welcome to the OSA ontological platform (hereinafter the "Platform"). This user agreement (hereinafter the "Agreement") is a legal contract between you (hereinafter the "User") and the developer of the Platform (hereinafter the "Company").
By using the Platform, you agree to all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Description of the Platform
The ontology platform is a platform for knowledge management and process automation that provides a set of tools for working with ontologies, semantic search, document management, and other functions to improve the efficiency of working with information.
3. Rights and responsibility
3.1. You bear full responsibility for all actions performed on the Platform and for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
3.2. You undertake not to use the Platform for purposes that infringe the rights of third parties or applicable law.
3.3. The Company reserves the right to deny access to the Platform or delete a user's account in the event of a breach of the terms of this Agreement.
4. Intellectual property
4.1. All materials on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright laws.
4.2. You have no right to reproduce, distribute, transmit, publicly display, or otherwise use these materials without the prior written permission of the Company.
5. User data
5.1. The Company undertakes to store and process user data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
5.2. The User is responsible for the safety of their account credentials and password. The Company is not liable for unauthorized access to the account.
6. Limitation of liability
6.1. The Platform is provided "as is" without any warranties.
6.2. The Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform.
7. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Changes will be communicated by posting the updated Agreement on the Platform.
